Ensure robust quality assurance, control frameworks, and documented procedures are in place and consistently applied. Drive root cause analysis and remediation for incidents, errors, or near misses, ensuring audit‑ready evidence and clear ownership. People & Capability Management Lead, coach, and develop managers and senior team members within Service Delivery.
