Social Care Workers – Residential Services (Maternity Leave)
Contract: Specified Purpose Contracts
Hours: 35 - 39 hours per week (worked over 7 days, including evenings, weekends & sleepovers)
Salary: €39,100 – €56,349 (FTE) Actual salary will be pro rata based on hours per week, excluding premiums for evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
Location: Rush, Co. Dublin

We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers to join our Residential team to provide maternity leave cover in Rush, County Dublin .
Important Note on CORU Registration
CORU registration is mandatory for all Social Care Worker positions.
Applicants must be fully registered with CORU at the time of appointment.
The Role
As a Residential Social Care Worker, you will:
Provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities
Support individuals with daily living skills and personal development
Promote independence, choice, dignity, and community inclusion
Work collaboratively as part of a professional residential team
Ensure services are delivered in line with HIQA Standards and organisational values.
Requirements
CORU registration as a Social Care Worker (essential)
QQI Level 7/8 Degree in Social Care or a related qualification and/or significant relevant experience leading to CORU registration
Full, clean manual driving licence (essential)
Experience working in disability or residential services.
Knowledge of HIQA Standards.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
