    Capital Markets Recruitment is exclusively supporting a global financial services organisation with the hire of a mid-level Legal Counsel to join its growing Dublin-based legal team. This is a business-facing, hands-on role within a small, collaborative team that is fully embedded in the commercial side of the business. The Legal Counsel will work closely with underwriters and senior stakeholders on credit insurance transactions supporting European banks, with regular interaction across Europe and the US. The role offers exposure to high-quality, transactional work spanning Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, and structured products, in an agile environment that values commercial thinking and initiative. While prior insurance or reinsurance experience would be beneficial, it is not essential — the business is open to candidates keen to learn a niche and growing product area.
