  • Technical Coordinator

    Description The primary role of the Technical Coordinator is to support the Commercial Engineering Team. In this role, you will streamline key requirements of the team which will require a highly organized, detailed oriented and professional employee. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background in addition to being commercially and customer focused. Main Responsibilities: Administration of the Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme for Calor to support the delivery Calor EEOS annual target as an obligated party, Quality Control for uploading to SEAI system/ISO9001. Support to preparation of customer proposals and quotations in association with Business Development Engineers. Manage and record the transfer of information between internal and external stakeholders, including document control for projects from initial stage to completion. Preparation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, with guidance from the wider team. Prepare and submit legal documentation in relation to leases for new Metered Estates, working with the metered team, legal department and solicitors. Manage the register of standard bulk installation drawings, including new drawing requests. Generate and qualify Industrial and Commercial leads through research and other means. Build collaborative relationships with internal colleagues to provide a high level of client service. Deliver excellence in customer experience (CX) by embodying Calor's values and upholding the standards of accountability, seamless service, and curiosity. Contribute to the Calor safety culture by always acting in a safe and responsible manner. Any other duties as deemed reasonable by the company. Requirements The Person Specification: Minimum 1 years' experience in the areas of technical or project management. Experience within the energy industry, heating industry or focus sectors would be an advantage. Full clean driving license with the availability to travel all island as required. Engineering qualifications and AutoCAD drawing trained is desirable. Demonstrate a strategic approach to achieve business objectives. Results driven and focussed hands-on individual with demonstrated capability to manage a range of projects. Ability to understand, evaluate and assess strategic business and or market opportunities with sound reliable judgement.     Overview We have an exciting opportunity within our Customer Engineering Department as a Network & Asset Engineer. This role will oversee upgrade projects and design work for Calor's metered distribution networks and other existing assets, ensuring system optimization, regulatory compliance, and engineering excellence in safety, efficiency, and reliability.
