Overview This role is an evening shift from 1:30pm to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday. The primary responsibility of the Cleanroom Operator is to perform tasks associated with the repackaging of biological products, including set-up, operation, general maintenance of equipment used in the cleanroom, visual inspection, rejection, and repackaging of pharma products and excipients. Responsibilities Preparation and processing of repackaging materials Adhere to strict GMP guidelines Document job tasks as required on the Batch Record (BR), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents, or other acceptable forms Provide input into the creation and maintenance of area SOPs and batch records Assist in facility start up, installation and validation activities to support the introduction of new products Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain department housekeeping at an optimal level in the production area (the cleanroom) Train other personnel in any aspect of the job function as required Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager Skills Ability to work independently, and/or as a member of a team in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and initiative Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Job Requirements Previous cleanroom experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided About Caldic At Caldic, we’re a global leader in distribution solutions, serving diverse markets across the world.
