Specialist Fit Out & High-Tech Commercial Projects Ireland / Europe | Hybrid Working Permanent – €60,000 + / Contract – up to €450 a day A well-established contractor delivering high-value fit-out and specialist commercial projects across Ireland and Europe is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator delivering high-value data centre projects across Ireland and Europe to join their commercial team. This role offers real ownership of the estimating and commercial process. Role Overview You will play a key commercial role from tender through delivery, supporting the delivery of technically complex building fit-outs where precision and commercial control are essential. Key responsibilities include: * Producing accurate, detailed estimates and cost plans for tender opportunities * Preparing tender submissions and pricing comparisons * Managing cost control on live projects, including forecasting and value engineering * Supporting procurement and subcontractor package management * Preparing and reviewing variations and change orders * Collaborating with Project Management, Design, BIM, Procurement, and Site teams Skills & Experience We’re looking for candidates who have: * Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline * 5+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator role * Strong commercial understanding and track record of cost control and estimating * Experience in fit-out, interior and technical construction environments * Exposure to data centre, industrial or regulated xsokbrc commercial projects is a strong advantage * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multi-discipline teams What’s on Offer * Competitive salary or day rate (based on experience) * Hybrid working flexibility * Exposure to technically demanding and high-profile projects across Ireland and Europe * A supportive environment where commercial leadership is valued If you would like to find out more about this opportunity OR are keen to apply you can do so by appling directly via this advert

This organisation is known for delivering high-tech, mission-critical facilities, with project values regularly exceeding €100m. You’ll be joining a highly collaborative, innovative team working on some of the most complex MEP-led projects in Europe. Role Overview You will support the coordination, development and delivery of BIM models across major data centre and pharma projects. Working closely with mechanical, electrical and multi-discipline engineering teams, you will ensure accurate, fully coordinated BIM models are produced in line with project requirements and industry standards. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, offering long-term contract stability and exposure to international project delivery.
