  • PMO Project Manager

    PMO Project Manager within the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) function, to manage planning, governance, reporting and delivery across the CIO’s four pillars: Transactions & Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Strategic Partnerships and Investment. The successful candidate will establish a single, accurate source of truth and a consistent operating rhythm that enables revenue delivery, cash efficiency and future growth. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the successful candidate will work closely with pillar leads and partner with the central PMO, Finance and Operations. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain the consolidated CIO portfolio plan across all four pillars; chair portfolio reviews, track risks/issues/dependencies and ensure timely decisions and escalations to the CIO/LT. Finalise and manage a CIOwide RACI; embed standard PMO processes for status, risk/issue/change control and stagegates. Mobilise cross-pillar initiatives (e.g., Masterfile digitisation, new sales categorisation model, portfolio optimisation); manage milestones, dependencies and decision papers for the CIO. Partner with Finance, Planning, Technical & Design, PreCon and Operations to ensure data inputs underpin accurate revenue/cash forecasts. Drive continuous improvement—identify process bottlenecks, lead lessons learned and implement fixes that improve forecast accuracy and cycle time. Agile approach to deliver on Cairn’s CIO portfolio and actively identify further growth and efficiency opportunities. Reporting & Data Management Own the weekly reporting cycle—coordinate inputs, run QA checks, and publish accurate forecasts of exchanges/closings for B2C/B2B/B2G; standardise LT/Exec deck templates and ensure one source of truth. Lead the roadmap to digitise CIO reporting in D365 and Power BI, managing discrepancy logs, testing and rollout so dashboards feed Exec/LT and functional forums automatically. Maintain reporting standards and document control for CIO decks (Exec/LT, PreCon, forum packs). Provide weekly/monthly updates across programmes on delivery progress versus plan; maintain detailed files, tracker dashboards and recommended actions. The Candidate 5+ years in programme/portfolio management or PMO leadership, ideally in real estate, construction or transactions‑heavy environments. Strong capability with D365/CRM, Power BI and advanced Excel; proven track‑record designing and running reporting operating models.     Financial Controller – Fixed term contract Cairn is recruiting for a Financial Controller to join the Finance function on a Fixed Term Contract. This role will be responsible for the Financial Reporting of month end activities and involved in the Annual reporting cycle. The Financial Controller will report to Group Financial Controller.     Technical Administrator (Design & Technical) The main objective for the role is to support the Technical team in managing and delivering information across the various stakeholder groups, driving consistency across our portfolio and the necessary structures & processes required. Developing and implementing the Cairn project information requirements (PIR) and ongoing update of this live document as project needs evolve (eg: new sustainability accreditations, new specialist consultants etc) Input on Document Management systems (DMS) functionality and processes surrounding the DMS, and the interface between the DMS & the project information requirements (PIR). Assisting the DMS & technical team in defining & documenting processes for alignment of information management. Monitor compliance portfolio wide, supporting the technical teams in checking with regard to document content. This would typically include naming conventions, content, format & numbering. Support the Technical team with project DMS setup to ensure all criteria have been considered. Management / oversight of internal project information sharing & processes such as file management, folder structures, & technical review processes. Working with Technical team to audit/ oversee consistent implementation of technical processes including submission, review, approval, and distribution of project documentation as a stakeholder representing the technical teams interest. Assist in the management of workflow processes & reporting through the DMS for RFIs, submittals, technical queries. Facilitate information exchange processes at key project milestones (e.g., design reviews, Tech DD, Contract information, handover). Technical Data share for the purpose of Sales & Transactions – interacting with both Technical & internal teams on purchaser information requests and maintaining consistency of information shares (content, format, accessibility) from one project to the next. BCAR information collation – working with site team, site administration and consultant design team to ensure information is accurate to BCAR requirements. As required coordinate with design teams, contractors, and customers to ensure information flows smoothly across all project stages. Safety File / Handover information - working with site team & site administration to ensure information is collated & accurate for customer contracts and to purchaser requirements. Monitor projects for accurate version control and audit trails for all project information. Ensure recorded attendance as DMS training by consultant design teams on DMS use, document management systems, and information standards. Prepare and support with reporting, content and presentations for team meetings as required. Role will be mainly office based but will require regular site days / workshops on site. Desirable knowledge & experience Knowledge of construction packages, interfaces between packages and ownership or design responsibility in construction. Experience managing or working with CDEs / DMSs in a construction environment. Understanding of design processes, information management, share processes etc. Experience with construction workflows such as RFIs, submittals, design reviews, and change control and digital handover requirements.
