We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our new team and ensure the continued success of our brand. Role Overview The Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Kilkenny showroom, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, visual presentation, and team performance. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and a passion for home interiors. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Kilkenny store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every visitor receives the highest standard of service. Maintain the stores visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines. Manage stock levels, ordering, and deliveries in collaboration with head office. Handle customer queries and after-sales issues in a professional and timely manner. Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management on performance and opportunities for growth. Recruit, train, and develop team members to uphold company values and service standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures. Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years experience in a retail management or senior sales role, ideally within the furniture, interiors, or luxury retail sector. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver strong sales results. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Strong visual merchandising and store presentation awareness. A customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for interiors and design. Proficiency in MS Office and retail point-of-sale systems.
