Day to day ownership of paid media spend, digital channel mix, campaign execution and constant testing. Key Responsibilities Detail-oriented with outstanding planning and organisational abilities. Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude with the ability to work on own or within a team. As a team leader the role will be responsible for the day-to-day activities, guidance and motivation of team members, set targets, implement SOPs, coach and mentor team members. The jobholder will be working across various IT and CRM systems and working practices as part of a growing organisation. The role requires interaction with several countries across the world so the role will require some travel. What We’re Looking For Experienced marketeer in a corporate or agency environment, using multiple channels, online and offline. Proficiency in paid advertising and performance marketing with hands‑on exposure of search, display, pay‑per‑click, social and other online media channels. Advanced digital analytical skills including Adobe Analytics and Google Adwords. Advanced CRM skills of MS Dynamics. A deep understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM). Ability to analyse data from advertising campaigns to ensure conversion rate optimisations and returns on investment. Excellent written and communication skills in English with the ability to present at executive leadership level and inspire a team. Experience of managing a copy clearance process in a regulated industry; specific experience in healthcare, or insurance will be highly advantageous. Experience in managing agencies for media strategy, planning and buying. Experience of leading others; creating a positive team culture in a hybrid team. Strong collaboration skills working seamlessly with diverse teams globally. Knowledge of International Private Medical Insurance is advantageous.
