What We’re Looking For Experienced marketeer in a corporate or agency environment, using multiple channels, online and offline. Advanced digital analytical skills including Adobe Analytics and Google Adwords. Advanced CRM skills of MS Dynamics. A deep understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM). Ability to analyse data from advertising campaigns to ensure conversion rate optimisations and returns on investment. Excellent written and communication skills in English with the ability to present at executive leadership level and inspire a team. Experience of managing a copy clearance process in a regulated industry; specific experience in healthcare, or insurance will be highly advantageous. Experience in managing agencies for media strategy, planning and buying. Experience of leading others; creating a positive team culture in a hybrid team.
