  • National Account Manager Off Trade ROI

    About the role To set and agree the joint business plans, objectives and ongoing agendas for a range of National Accounts. Interact internally and externally to exceed sales and revenue targets and develop customer propositions that will support the overall commercial strategy through the account management process. Key Accountabilities Accountable for the creation, maintenance & performance of customer plans (JBP’s). Establish, develop and maintain excellent customer relationships to gain competitive advantage. Responsible for negotiating pricing, terms & maintaining product listings for specific customers. Facilitate excellent sales and brand execution, whilst ensuring to maximise scale and reach. Grow distribution points through targeted expansion of the customer portfolio. Monitor competitor activity including promotions & new product launches. Manage the internal processes including forecasting, NPD/Product opportunities. Work in conjunction with Revenue Management and Channel Marketing to develop promotional plans suitable to each customer while seeking to maximise profitability for the business. Ability to analyse complex data and present solutions that deliver results. Initiative to learn from previous executions and be able to adapt and optimise future plans based on these learnings. Lead on projects that drive efficiencies across the channel as advised by your manager. Hybrid role, travel to head office required around 2 days a week at Keeper road, Dublin. About you Strong national account management experience, particularly in the beer/cider/alcohol industry, across Multiple, Convenience and Wholesale off-trade retailers in ROI, is a distinct advantage.   • Quality Dispense Technician - ROI

    Bulmer’s Ireland are looking for a Quality Dispense Technician to join the Brands Dispense team. You will be reporting to the Quality Dispense Team Leader and will be primarily responsible for organising and carrying out installation work and a rota of routine servicing and maintenance of beer, cider, wine, draught cocktails and carbonated soft drink dispense equipment to ensure the highest quality and standard of product dispense. What you’ll be doing By liaising with the Quality Dispense Team Leader, Quality Dispense Technicians and Sales you will ensure an effective and efficient Brand Dispense service is delivered. You will ensure your own schedule of work is completed in line with pre-determined Key performance Indicators. You will undertake additional duties such as site surveys, assist in the preparation of planned maintenance scheduling, trade information reporting, stock control and periodic equipment census on all dispense equipment. You will prioritise and respond to customer complaints and breakdowns associated with dispense equipment or regarding the quality of beer, cider and carbonated soft drinks. Investigate, diagnose and promptly report problems, and take appropriate corrective action. This may involve investigating and arranging replacement of kegs with Quality control issues and ensure all the correct associated paperwork is completed as necessary with appropriate personnel advised. The role will also necessitate facilitation of Point of Sale delivery & handling to outlets from time to time to enhance customer awareness at point of connection. On occasion the role will require the successful candidate to train own and customers’ staff in product dispense technique, proper use of dispense and gas equipment with particular attention to Health and Safety, glassware and glass care, storage and handling of all dispense related equipment for beer, cider and carbonated soft drinks. This is not exhaustive and further direction will be given by the Brands Dispense Manager. About you You have a minimum of 2 years previous work experience in a similar role with a basic understanding of refrigeration/electrics/plumbing/mechanical.
