    BSG Design seeks a skilled Cad Technician/Project Manager to create high-end bespoke kitchen, joinery, and furniture for domestic and commercial markets. BSG Design is an award-winning company that designs, manufactures, and installs specialist high-end bespoke joinery, furniture, and kitchens. We have established a reputation for attention to detail and craftsmanship of the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Design and project manage individual projects from concept to completion. Produce technically detailed Cad drawings from two different CAD software packages. Take site dimensions and produce cutting lists and other production data required for each project. Manage program and progress to achieve the client's timeframe. Represent BSG Design at client meetings. Assist in the procurement and management of materials. Requirements: Degree or apprentice related to furniture and/or joinery required. Capability of producing high-end joinery drawings from design to production. Expertise in the production, finishing, and fitting of individual furniture pieces. Experience in managing a project from start to finish. Ability to communicate well and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of general construction practices, trades, and techniques. In-depth knowledge of joinery practices, trades, and techniques. Trained and proficient in CAD-based software. Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications. Experience in making site visits and taking site measurements. Ability to work as part of a small team and follow instructions. Proven excellent analytical and organisational skills. Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required. Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing work environment are essential. Safe pass and manual handling training required. Full clean driving licence. Job Details: Full-time, permanent position. Monday to Friday schedule. Woodworking experience: 3 years (preferred). Driving licence (preferred).
