The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivatedSous Chef to join our kitchen team. This hands-on role involves supporting the Head Chef and taking charge of day-to-day kitchen operations in their absence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. Supervise and support kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and a positive working environment. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Contribute to menu planning and innovation where appropriate. Lead by example and uphold the hotels standards for professionalism and consistency. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods. Passion for delivering excellent food and guest experiences.
