    We are hiring for a Head of Finance to enable our executive team to make informed strategic decisions through timely information and forecasting. The successful candidate will be also responsible for reporting and compliance, while also leading on strategic financial projects as they arise within the leadership team. In this senior role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You should have excellent organisation and problem-solving skills. What You’ll Work On: Leading the Finance Function: Enable the executive team to make informed strategic decisions through timely information and financial forecasting. Fund the company mission through equity, profit and debt. Ensure the company reports correctly to Revenue, the CRO, the Board, Enterprise Ireland and all other relevant stakeholders, with accuracy and timeliness. Identify and manage financial risks to the business and design and implement mitigating controls ensuring their effectiveness. Oversee the statutory audits and filings of the group. Work closely with our part-time accountant. Leading Revenue Operations Managing all Revenue Operations at Bounce, including financial modelling, weekly reporting and accurate forecasting to the executive team. Partnering with business unit leaders to measure and manage performance metrics within business units, as they pertain to overall business performance. Maintaining systems of accountability, which improve forecast accuracy and drive short-term and mid-term business performance improvements. Partnering with Chief Commercial Officer on forward planning of mid-term and long-term business growth, grounded in deep understanding of current business metrics. What You’ll Bring: Ability to lead and manage ad hoc projects Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving ability Desire to learn and progress in the role The ability to give and take constructive criticism The ability to work as part of a team under guided direction Be self-driven & pro‑active Qualifications & experience: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting or related fields FCA, Chartered Accountant in Ireland Key Performance Indicators & Conduct Requirements: Learning new skills, technologies and company financial systems quickly and accurately Production of new ideas and suggestions for the company’s financial systems Displaying a positive attitude to helping others within the company Additional Information: This role will require a high level of flexibility and an ability to work dynamically in a changing environment and a rapidly growing team within the company You will be required to work and communicate with other departments within the company outside of the Finance team (e.g. Sales, Engineering and Support) At Bounce, we believe in rewarding talent and hard work.
