The ideal candidate will delegate effectively, manage a team, and work well under pressure. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, cash handling, operational procedures, assisting and training staff, providing excellent customer service, supervising the team in the manager’s absence, assisting the Store Manager in day‑to‑day running of the store, and other duties as outlined below. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co‑workers to provide excellent sales service.
