The Role Office Organisation: Managing administration tasks including software, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow. Managing Director Support: Provide support to the Managing Director including meeting preparation, travel arrangement, internal project assistance, research, and general tasks. Department Support: Providing individual department support to line managers to ensure efficient running of each department including system management, client documentation, report preparation, and technical team planning. Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to staff and executives, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Human Resources: Assisting department managers with hiring processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records. Communication: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including handling correspondence and phone calls. Customer Service: Working with department managers, addressing customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues effectively and maintain customer satisfaction. Partner Management: Coordinating with partners, suppliers, and service providers to ensure products and services are delivered to the highest customer expectations. Policy Implementation: Developing and enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Event Planning: Organising company events, exhibitions, meetings, and team-building activities. Problem Solving: Addressing any issues that arise within the office, such as conflicts or operational challenges. Expertise Strong office administration experience is required. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Office 365 Suite. Strong IT skills. Previous experience with business packages such as ERP or accounts software. Person Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks. Disciplined and able to work independently. Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education & Experience A minimum of 3 years experience as an office administrator or in business support, preferably within an SME environment, working with a small team.     Join to apply for the Instrumentation Technician role at BONNER . BONNER is looking to recruit Instrumentation Technicians to work alongside our service team in the Munster region. This is a Field Based role, and will involve being deployed to work on various client sites which will give the candidate a unique view of various industries and process systems, including Dairy, Food, Pharma, and Manufacturing. The role will primarily involve instrument calibration & maintenance, planning and fault-finding of client instrumentation and systems. Reporting directly to our Service Manager, you will work alongside experienced Qualified Instrumentation technicians to deliver our expert system to our clients. Location: Current roles available are suitable for candidates based in Munster . Role Perform analysis, calibrations, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of client instrumentation including completing all documentation such as calibration certificates, work orders, preventative maintenance, and procedures. Equipment worked on will include standard measurement parameters such as Temperature, Humidity, Flow, Pressure, Level, pH, etc. All calibration and service work will be completed to the satisfaction of the client. Planning and installation of measurement and control equipment (Controllers, Indicators, Monitoring, etc). Plant upgrades, expansions, and modifications by integrating new instruments or control systems into existing setups. Use your own initiative to correct any errors or faults with the instrument being calibrated and suggest ideas to the customer to resolve any issues. Perform all calibrations and reports electronically using a computerized calibration management system. Complete all safety requirements to perform the job safely including risk assessment and relevant training. Person We are looking to identify candidates with strong communication, technical, and organizational skills in order to carry out the job requirements. The suitable candidate will have the following skills: Experience with calibration and maintenance of instruments and systems. Proven experience as an instrumentation technician, preferably in a field-based role. Experience of working with a CMS would be a distinct advantage. Understanding or working knowledge of ISO17025 or ISO9001, including documented procedures, and experience working in regulated environments. IT skills necessary. Organized and a strong attention to detail. Proactive and disciplined. Honesty and integrity are essential. Education & Experience Time-served apprenticeship in a relevant area (Instrumentation or Electrical & Instrumentation) or equivalent. Degree/Diploma level course such as Applied Physics and Instrumentation with existing site experience. Other engineering-related degree with relevant experience. Full clean driving license.
