We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Fund Reporting Manager to join our Financial Reporting team. This role is located in Dublin. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Provide oversight and set priorities for multiple teams responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports on behalf of assigned clients and funds. Manage the performance of teams and set area priorities. Provide oversight and guidance in setting processes that check for completeness and accuracy of disclosure in financial statements. Resolve complex escalated issues from team members. Oversee relationships with senior-level auditors and clients to ensure financial reporting meets their expectations and accurately depicts fund performance. Ensure financial reporting meets Corporate and applicable regulatory standards. Lead analysis of changes in accounting and disclosure standards to direct process changes needed to ensure compliance. Lead presentation of fund reports to Board of Directors to ensure good governance and communicate complex or difficult concepts. Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively as a team. Manage a Fund Reporting area primarily through subordinate managers. Responsible for achievement of financial reporting area goals, talent management, and supervision of teams. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Significant experience (10yrs +) of managing small/medium sized teams of professional staff, preferably within a fund administrator, or Big 4 firm with fund investments exposure Strong accounting knowledge covering relevant accounting standards and regulations including IFRS, US GAAP and Lux GAAP, and investment fund structures (Mutual funds, hedge funds etc.) Professional accounting qualification advantageous, preferably ACA / ACCA / CIMA, Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Manager to join our Depositary Client Management Team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you’ll make an impact in some of the following ways: Independently oversee a portfolio of existing client relationships focusing on adherence to regulations, query management and collaboration with internal depositary operational teams. Work closely with the Head of Client Management to ensure all Depositary controls are operating effectively and as designed in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Represent the Depositary in a knowledgeable and professional manner at client meetings and quarterly board meetings having reviewed and approved content in advance of meetings. Provide strategic management of client relationships and business partners. Continuously challenges the service model for opportunities to improve controls, and service levels. Liaise with Senior Management to assist in the development and implementation of the strategic plan for further growth within the client management team focusing on areas for automation and efficiencies. Monitor service quality, product performance, and overall client experience with a view to proactively anticipate potential issues. Co-ordinate and attend client/FMC due diligence visits of the Depositary including relevant internal stakeholders to showcase the role of the Depositary and the strong control environment it works within. Work closely with project teams to ensure successful launch of incremental business ensuing it is within the risk appetite of the Depositary. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Strong knowledge and understanding of the Investment Funds Industry ideally from Depositary perspective Third level qualification to at least degree level preferably in business/legal related discipline. Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
