Responsibilities Work closely with assigned lead manager in overseeing a portfolio of existing client relationships focusing on adherence to regulations, query management and collaboration with internal depositary operational teams. Collate and prepare all relevant information for inclusion in monthly service packs and quarterly board reports in a timely fashion and to a high standard for review by lead managers prior to sharing with clients/boards etc. Represent the Depositary in a knowledgeable and professional manner at client meetings and ad‑hoc calls. Monitor service quality, product performance, and overall client experience with a view to proactively anticipating potential issues. Follow up with Relationship Managers on all aged invoices to determine when these will be settled and work with billing teams as required.
