    Offtake Partnership Manager Newbridge The Role: BnM is hiring an Offtake Partnership Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing all strategic customer relationships in line with the Renewable Energy strategy and developing out new demand led business opportunities for the business. In addition to offtake strategy, the role holder will also work with the wider Renewables/Commercial management team to develop technical solutions, including engineering and design considerations necessary in the development of the Renewable Energy Parks. Lead establishment of joint ventures as appropriate to deliver on the strategy. Manage key relationships with EirGrid, GNI, Uisce Eireann, CRU,IDA, Enterprise Ireland, Government departments and others as part of the commercial development of the Renewable Energy Parks. Liaise and work internally with the wider Commercial and Development teams to identify suitable complimentary technologies that will form the composition of the Renewable Energy Parks, including Green Hydrogen and e-fuel derivatives, Anaerobic Digestion, Flextech and Energy Storage. The power plant is maintained by small core teams, each consisting of Maintenance Technicians working under the guidance and leadership of a Maintenance Engineer. The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Maintenance Engineer and will be responsible for delivering challenging maintenance tasks while meeting engineering, commercial, safety, environmental, quality, and personal development objectives.     Wind Analysis Specialist Newbridge The Role: BnM is hiring a Wind Analysis Specialist. The purpose of this role is to support the Engineering team in an ongoing pipeline of renewable projects in terms of wind analysis and resource assessment. It will involve working with the engineering team designing windfarms, assessing site constraints, wind profiling, turbine site optimisation and engaging with internal/external stakeholders as required at a project level. It will also involve completing wind farm layout designs, GIS mapping, energy yield assessments, and project optimisation to overcome constraints identified for projects in the planning phase of a development. It will ensure the successful delivery of key projects in the renewable space. Success in this role will be measured by quality wind layout designs, quality resource assessments, timely delivery of projects, cost savings, improved team performance and contribution to the overall success of the department and organisation. The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following: Windfarm Analysis: Produce windfarm layouts using WindPro or similar software. Working with the engineering team colleagues to optimise solutions to infrastructure design. Assessing GIS mapping and constraints for the wind farm, solar farm, and other renewable energy projects. Contribute to various wind farm studies including telecommunications, noise, shadow flicker and visual impact assessments to aid the development and operation of projects. The Insurance & Risk Specialist is responsible for assisting in managing the insurance programme across the BnM group, including co ordinating and assisting with the Risk Management process and co ordinating and assisting in the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) process.   • Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Specialist Newbridge The Role: Our Commercial Function is currently recruiting an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Specialist on a permanent basis. This role will be based in Newbridge and will report to the Planning Programme Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports and Appropriate Assessment for a number of BnM Renewable Energy infrastructure projects.
