The Role The Product Manager plays a key role in defining, developing, and managing products and services across Ekco’s entire portfolio – including Cloud, Cyber Security, Modern Workplace, Data & BI, AI & Automation, and Support Services. Reporting to the Head of Presales in Ireland, this role is responsible for driving product strategy, market alignment, and delivery execution. You will work cross‑functionally with teams across technology, operations, marketing, sales, and vendor management to ensure each product meets market needs, achieves commercial objectives, and delivers measurable value to customers. Responsibilities Product Strategy and Vision: Contribute to the development and refinement of product strategies across multiple service lines. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Translate business objectives into clear product roadmaps and prioritised backlogs. Ensure all products align with Ekco’s broader portfolio strategy and commercial goals. Portfolio & Product Management: Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle for assigned products – from ideation and definition through launch and continuous improvement. Gather and prioritise requirements from customers, partners, and internal teams. Work closely with engineering, operations, and vendors to ensure effective delivery and scalability. Collaborate with the product team on pricing, positioning, and packaging to ensure offerings are competitive and deliver clear value to our customers. Monitor product performance using data‑driven metrics to inform enhancements, retirements, or investment decisions. Support the creation and management of product documentation, service descriptions, and pricing models.
