Role Overview Deliver and support IT systems, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance and successful implementation of solutions. Key Responsibilities Implement, install, and troubleshoot IT systems. Collaborate with global teams and vendors to deliver business solutions. Ensure compliance with standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Liaise with stakeholders to align project deliverables with requirements. Manage project documentation and track schedules. Address daily operational issues in IT and automation systems. Promote a safe and compliant culture. Core Competencies (Technical) Experience with Active Directory, Single Sign-On, and IT networks. Familiarity with virtualization, cloud technologies, and Windows systems. Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, BMS, and Computer System Development Lifecycle is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
