Key Responsibilities Lead the bar team in delivering exceptional service and consistent drink quality. Create and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits to a high standard. Assist in stock management, ordering, and maintaining bar presentation. Contribute ideas for new cocktails and seasonal menus. Train and support junior bar staff as required. Requirements Minimum 4 years experience as a bartender or mixologist in a busy hospitality environment. Excellent knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and mixology trends. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
