Key Responsibilities Lead Regional Operations whilst Enabling Scalability This role requires a breakthrough leader who can drive continuous improvement, embed lean practices, and elevate service levels across the region. Scope will integrate lead operational responsibilities for the Bio-Techne Dublin Distribution Centre with planning for multi‑site expansion across EMEA. Represent regional operations at the EMEA Leadership Team, influencing global strategy. Consolidate operations and build in‑region manufacturing capabilities, kit assembly, and direct‑to‑market shipping. Be the Global Logistics Expert Utilise significant experience within global supply chain to build, drive and implement strategy and scalability. Able to balance the need to drive operational excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead transformation and deliver results. Comfortable and skilled in presenting at an executive level and working within a global matrix. Track KPIs and analyze site/regional performance to support business objectives. Manage supplier performance and develop new supplier relationships. Oversee third‑party logistics and satellite distribution networks, driving efficiency and compliance. Support resource allocation and annual business planning to enable operational growth. Drive budget management and operational efficiency across sites. Ensure accurate inventory control and compliance with GMP/Dangerous Goods standards. Monitor stock metrics and optimize asset availability for operational needs. Drive a culture of Quality and Compliance Ensure adherence to legislation, company policies, and quality standards (ISO, WEEE, Hazardous Goods). Maintain safe working environments and promote a culture of health and safety. Essential Qualifications & Skills 8+ years of senior operations, logistics, or regional supply chain experience, ideally with multi‑site or international scope. Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, import/export operations, supplier management, and operational best practices.
