Role Description Berka Solutions Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced individual for the role of Commercial Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Role A dual operational and strategic position reporting directly to the Managing Director, with full ownership of financial operations, commercial strategy, and business performance across a group structure. Key Responsibilities Full financial management — accounts, reporting, cash flow, and compliance (Irish GAAP/IFRS, VAT, RCT) Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management accounts with KPI dashboards Drive commercial strategy — tender pricing, contract negotiation, and margin management Manage working capital, credit control, and 13-week rolling cash flow Oversee procurement, cost control, and supplier relationships What We're Looking For Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) — 10+ years post-qualification Background in manufacturing, construction, or engineering Strong commercial acumen — pricing, tendering, contracts Proficient in Sage; advanced Excel skills Understanding of Irish tax (VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax, RCT) What's on Offer Competitive salary, performance bonus, pension, health insurance, and CPD support.
