The successful candidate will support the Customer Service Manager in providing a first-class customer experience, while maximising sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment. The smooth running of the service department is essential to our business, and the candidate will become a key element of the team. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers booking vehicle servicing and repairs. Schedule service appointments and manage workshop bookings efficiently. Prepare job cards, service estimates, and obtain customer approval for work. Liaise with technicians and the parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs. Keep customers informed of work progress and any additional requirements. Process invoices and payments upon vehicle collection. Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards. Promote additional services, maintenance work, and dealership offers where appropriate. Deliver a high level of customer service and support customer satisfaction and retention. Candidate Requirements Previous experience working in the motor industry. Reliable and highly organised, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proactive, enthusiastic and confident when interacting with customers. Professional in approach, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Results-focused with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Capable of managing multiple tasks while remaining calm and effective under pressure. We are seeking to recruit highly-skilled and motivated qualified and part-qualified Motor Technicians/Mechanics to join our team as we prepare to move into our brand-new, state-of-the-art showroom and workshop facilities. This is a unique chance to work in a cutting-edge environment supplied with the latest equipment, supporting our flagship KIA, FUSO and Nissan franchises. Key Responsibilities Carry out repairs and servicing to the highest manufacturer standards and appropriate specification. Ensure full understanding of latest technology introduced on the vehicle range and how to repair faults on them. Use computerised diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults. Complete service documentation in line with ISO, warranty and dealership requirements. Ensure all work is carried out observing safe working practices of self and others. Ensure that workshop housekeeping standards are maintained at all times including the use of special and personal tools.
