The post holder must be enthusiastic, motivated, committed to resident focused care. The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for residents to the highest professional and ethical standards. Role Responsibilities Day to day supervision of the care and nursing staff Coordinate resident activities Work within HIQA regulations Any other duties as assigned by line manager.
