The Opportunity Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Oversee global vendor management, invoice processing, and payment cycles across multiple currencies. Partner with Treasury, Procurement, and Accounting to drive accuracy, control, and efficiency in end-to-end AP processes. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and international tax requirements. Support month-end close activities and audit engagements. Drive continuous improvement through automation, process enhancements, and the use of financial systems. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring AP operates as a trusted business partner. About You 7+ years’ experience in AP or accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Experience working in a global environment; aviation or leasing exposure is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of AP processes, accounting fundamentals, and international payment/tax considerations. Comfortable working with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
