Scope of Role Food and Beverage Assistants are responsible for assisting in all food and beverage operations within the hotel's restaurant, bar, and banqueting facilities. Key Responsibilities Ensure 4* standards of service are achieved at all times. Perform in a professional and courteous manner with all customers (internal & external). Offer an in-depth knowledge of food and beverage products and hotel services in general. Ensure all hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times. Comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, and employment. Maintain a clean Department at all times.
