  • This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Developer with Java and Salesforce experience to take a lead role in API-based digital solutions for Digital Program and Salesforce enterprise solutions delivery. The resource needs to be highly proficient in multiple technologies in the Digital space, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Java, JEE, JDBC, Jenkins, JUnit, Apache, Docker, and Salesforce development. What you’ll be doing: Participate in the complete SDLC and contribute to software design. Develop low-level design for API and web applications. Create REST APIs based on design specifications. Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit and similar tools. Manage and maintain related tools such as API gateways, message queues, and application/web servers. Conduct code reviews and peer programming. Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications as needed. Collaborate with IT and Business teams for end-to-end solution delivery. Drive knowledge transfer of Salesforce solutions into AXA CLP IT team. Serve as the Salesforce Lead/Subject Matter Expert for AXA Partners CLP IT. Work with wider AXA France groups for knowledge sharing. Design, build, and support Salesforce solutions and other technologies. Coordinate with technical teams including Solutions Architects, BAs, Testers, PMs, Networks, Data Centers, and Change Control. Develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform and integrate with backend systems. Support multiple technologies including Salesforce, Java, ADF, and PL/SQL. Develop and enhance technical solutions adhering to development standards. Deliver high-quality, measurable solutions meeting functional and non-functional requirements. Add value throughout all project/support stages. Contribute to the Agile/DevOps transformation. Support and resolve day-to-day production issues. What you’ll bring: Technical/Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven experience delivering enterprise solutions involving Salesforce, Java, JEE, ADF, PL/SQL, and APIs. Strong expertise in Spring modules (Core, MVC, Integration, Boot, AOP, Web flow). Experience developing REST APIs and familiarity with microservices architecture. Web application development experience using Java/J2EE and frameworks. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Ansible, Git, Gradle, Nexus. Experience with containers and related technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Basic middleware administration experience (MQs, API Gateways). Database development experience (Oracle, MS SQL Server). Basic Unix commands and service management skills. Understanding of networking, load balancing, clustering, and security best practices. Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating with various IT functions. Knowledge of OWASP, secure coding, and security practices. Experience with application monitoring. Agile development experience preferred. VisualForce and Apex development experience. Web services design and delivery experience. CRM applications experience. Strong SDLC knowledge. Analytical problem-solving skills. Exposure to IT product/application ownership. Experience with workflow and document scanning solutions. Team-oriented with high collaboration focus. Financial insurance industry experience is a plus. Education, Professional Qualifications, and Experience: BSc in Computer Science or related field. Java Certified Developer.   • The International Accounting team at AXA Partners in Shannon is looking for a dedicated Financial Accountant for the Northern Region. Join our dynamic team and collaborate with stakeholders across Europe. What you’ll be doing: Financial closing: Preparation of Balance sheet, P&L reporting, for actual and support for forecast and budget on specific items that require local country expertise Preparation of contributors’ pack (specific internal reporting to meet AXA France consolidation reporting requirement as part of AXA Group reporting or for internal purposes), and preparation of analytical review documentations, including commentaries on P&L and B/S Reconciliation from IFRS to Local GAAP and to FR GAAP Preparing local reporting and various analysis requested by AXA France as part of BAU deliverables Post entries directly into general ledger Respond to local regulatory requirements: prepare and respond to audit works request, or any other local regulatory requests, including local filling requests, in coordination with the Controllers and Regional Controller Accountable for the quality of the financial information of dedicated branches Relationship with the central AXA France teams Data quality Perform account reconciliations on a monthly/quarterly basis.     AXA Partners is seeking a Product Owner to join the team in Shannon, Co. Clare. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the vision and roadmap of new and enhanced operational servicing capabilities for AXA Partners CLP and key involvement with managing the prioritisation and development of essential assets in line with the CLP strategy.
