  • We are seeking a Business Project Manager to join the AXA Partners team on a permanent contract. Reporting to the Project and Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of quality solutions that contribute to achieving the company's objectives. You will act as an internal consultant and implement project management methodologies and Agile practices. Projects may include, but are not limited to: the deployment of new IT applications or their enhancements, process redesign, data flow integration into certain processes, business portfolio migration, and the identification and deployment of new improvements (e.g., automation). You will be responsible for leading the deployment of strategic and/or complex projects, from the design/launch phase through to completion. What you’ll be doing: Proactively manage project finances, progress, change management, risk management, governance, role identification, and stakeholder communication. Ensure alignment with company methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.) and architecture, data protection, security, and quality standards. Coordinate with the necessary internal functions (sales, underwriting, operations, IT, legal, compliance, etc.) to articulate needs. Deploy and implement new, high-quality solutions within the target operating model and corporate objectives. Proactively engage all necessary skills and empower various stakeholders to ensure their active participation in the project to ensure a smooth rollout. Define and control the project scope (scope, cost, detailed project plan) within the limits of quality, cost, time, and functional scope. Identify dependencies and maintain the risk register; manage risks/mitigations and issues as they arise, collaborating with senior business or technical staff to resolve them. Organize and lead project steering committee meetings and coordinate discussions, ensuring effective communication of updates and stakeholder buy-in. Prepare appropriate reporting, tailored to the target audience, with appropriate monitoring/control and decision-making tools. To this end, you will consolidate the statuses and KPIs of the relevant products and/or teams (in terms of budget, planning, risks, and mitigation factors). Lead/support the preparation of deployments (including local deployment), adoption plans, and monitoring of expected results. You will ensure the transfer of operational capacity delivery until the transition to BAU mode. Facilitate/support the implementation of changes in the post-commissioning process and the implementation of training plans. Organize project retrospectives and ensure that lessons learned are documented and shared. What you’ll bring: (skills / expertise) Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management (ideally large/international) Strategic yet practical approach to deliver concrete results and structure the environment as needed to drive actions Familiarity with the insurance/assistance industry Proven experience in project management in a global environment Solid knowledge of the financial world. Able to support the implementation of required governance structures Excellent active listening and communication skills across different hierarchical levels/experience levels/countries/cultures: ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences (from operational to executive), quickly integrate feedback, and adjust accordingly Strong leadership and management skills.     Data & AI is a major enabler of AXA Partners’ business. As a Data Engineer in the CLP (Credit & Lifestyle Protection) Data team, you will support CLP Business by providing reports and data extracts to meet AXA CLP Data reporting requirements. This involves working with core insurance IT platforms, primarily Oracle data extracts, and leveraging modern Azure capabilities such as Datalake, Databricks, and Power BI. Your main mission is to develop and maintain production analytical systems for key AXA Partners data projects, ensuring data is actionable for business decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the operational aspects of analytical components to meet the ambitions of the AXA Data Strategy. You will be part of the overall Data Partners community and a key contributor to the Data Engineering Network. What you’ll be doing: Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL scripts and stored procedures to fulfill business requirements. Collaborate with the team to design and develop reporting solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Report Builder. Optimize existing SQL and PL/SQL queries and procedures for performance. Participate in database design and planning activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and Report Builder. Design and implement Dataflows and Data Marts on an Azure platform. Configure Databricks Clusters and maintain Databricks Notebooks in SQL & Python. Ensure data integrity and security across all database applications. Support BAU activities such as running reports, data reconciliation, and anomaly detection. Work independently, taking responsibility for delivering high-quality solutions. Ensure the sustainability of CLP IT Data Analytics assets and bring expertise to related reporting topics. Liaise with the BI and Data Analytics community. Identify and implement process improvements and new development initiatives. Create and maintain documentation for systems and solutions. What you’ll bring: Extensive experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and Oracle Reporting suite. Strong skills in complex PL/SQL and SQL development and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of Big Data environments, Azure Datalake, Databricks, and Spark. Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Proven reporting experience with BI tools such as SSIS, SSAS, AAS, DAX, Power BI, etc. Track record of developing Big Data solutions. Proactive, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details for stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience analyzing high-volume data and managing change. Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex reports. Customer-centric mindset with quick responsiveness to issues. Experience working in Agile environments within multicultural teams. Experience in solution design based on business requirements. Education, Qualifications, and Experience: Third-level qualification in IT or a related technical discipline preferred. At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle database, PL/SQL, and Reporting suite. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Insurance or banking background is advantageous.
