    Property Inspector My client is an award-winning, leading property firm with a long-established reputation for excellence across residential sales, lettings, commercial property, and property management. The company is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Inspector to join its expanding team. This role is central to ensuring that the high standards of a managed residential portfolio are consistently maintained. The Property Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough routine inspections of rental properties, identifying potential issues, and ensuring tenants adhere to the terms of their lease agreements. The successful candidate will work with a large-scale PRS (Private Rented Sector) client base across Dublin. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with Property Managers regarding inspection schedules and access arrangements Communicate with tenants to organise property inspections Conduct in-person inspections and assess property condition Ensure properties comply with minimum standards and fire safety regulations Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or tenant-caused damage Photograph contents, fixtures, and fittings as part of condition documentation Log excessive wear and tear or breaches of tenancy obligations Maintain detailed inspection reports for Property Managers to action Follow internal procedures and utilise reporting tools effectively What Is Required Previous experience in property inspections, maintenance coordination, property management, or similar roles Strong observational and documentation skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and iPad applications Confidence dealing with tenants and contractors in a professional manner Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach Essential Requirements Full, valid drivers licence (essential for site visits across Dublin) Fluent written and spoken English Preferred Background Previous experience with property inspections or residential lettings Familiarity with regulatory standards in residential property Experience working within a fast-paced property services environment Why Apply?     Commercial Property Surveyor - Cork ( Chartered or within 12 months of APC) 45k + benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Surveyor (post APC) to join a dynamic, high-performing team in Cork. The role offers hands-on experience across a broad range of commercial property work in the Munster market, providing the perfect platform for professional growth and progression toward chartership. The successful candidate will be ambitious, proactive, and confident, capable of working independently while delivering insightful, high-quality advice to clients. Preparing marketing materials and data sites, and liaising directly with clients in relation to these. Proactively pursuing leads to secure lettings and sales of commercial property. Preparing high-quality qualitative and quantitative reports as required by clients and the Department Directors, ensuring timely delivery. Ensuring client reports are prepared to agreed specifications and issued within defined timeframes. Working as part of a team to devise and implement leasing strategies for key clients.
