Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage the planning and scheduling function, driving performance and service excellence. Deliver exposure insights and dashboards to senior leadership and ensure regulatory compliance under Solvency II. Collaborate with teams across Underwriting, Claims, Risk, and Actuarial to ensure data quality and alignment. Design and maintain realistic disaster scenarios and large loss analytics to inform business strategy. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in exposure management, catastrophe modelling, actuarial, or reinsurance analytics. Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk drivers across Property, Casualty, and Specialty lines. Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with experience in Python or R and exposure modelling platforms (e.g., RMS, AIR) a plus. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with data governance, quality frameworks, and exposure data architecture is desirable. Previous experience of Geo knowledge on Commercial Lines. What will you get for this role? Prepare regular reports and insights for ExCo and the Board Risk Committee. Support and guide supplier relationship managers across the business on governance tasks and best practices. Collaborate with risk, information security, data protection, and operational resilience teams to identify and address supplier-related risks, ensuring compliance with Aviva Group Procurement and Outsourcing standards. Lead and coordinate supplier-related risk and control reviews, working with 1st and 2nd line risk teams to ensure effective identification, mitigation, and monitoring of outsourcing risks in alignment with Aviva’s risk management framework. What we’re looking for Proven experience in Outsourcing Governance and Supplier Relationship Management, risk or procurement Strong understanding of CP138, CP140, DORA and regulatory frameworks from the Central Bank of Ireland and FCA. Lead the charge in negotiating, implementing, and managing supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and maximizing value. Regularly assess supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs, and spearhead improvement initiatives to elevate standards. Identify and tackle risks associated with supplier relationships, including financial, operational, and reputational challenges. Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders to align supplier services with business objectives and drive success. Propel continuous improvement initiatives to boost supplier performance and achieve significant cost savings. Ensure all supplier activities adhere to Aviva's policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Skills & Experience: Experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related field, in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of procurement and supplier management best practices. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. Proactive and resilient with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Works well with others and fosters a team-oriented environment. What will you get for this role?
