They will drive innovation and lead large scale people development change initiatives which assist Avista in delivering on its mission and strategic objectives. Minimum 7 years’ senior experience leading learning and development within a complex organisation, ideally in health, disability, or human services. Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic learning frameworks. Strong understanding of CORU registration, HIQA standards, and workforce compliance requirements. Demonstrated experience managing teams, budgets, and multiple stakeholders. Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
