Through deep collaboration with product, engineering, research, customer-facing teams, and strategy stakeholders, this role ensures that sustainability opportunities are grounded in customer value, are technically viable, and positioned to scale across sustainability solutions. Responsibilities Lead new Sustainability Solutions ideation for Emerging Business priorities Evaluate opportunities in emerging business areas and identify novel sustainability solutions. Conduct technical discovery to understand customer goals, workflows, and challenges and synthesize insights to articulate sustainability-driven requirements. Translate customer needs, workflows and sustainability requirements into actionable proof of concepts and prototypes. Lead hands-on prototyping and iterative concept exploration to validate and refine workflows based on real customer engagements. Translate sustainability use cases into reusable components, patterns, and workflows that integrate with Autodesk’s evolving platform architecture - especially those leveraging next-generation platform capabilities. Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product teams, and researchers to iterate quickly and validate early concepts. Serve as a Technical Advisor for Sustainability Solutions to Key Customer Engagements Showcase in-market sustainable solutions, deliver demonstrations and solicit technical feedback with customers to inform and influence ongoing core product development with customer insights. Partner with customers to lead technical engagements of sustainability solutions, in collaboration with the AECO Sustainability Strategy Manager and Impact Growth Enablement teams. Develop and deliver technical enablement plans for key customers on priority sustainability solutions (e.g. Total Carbon). Synthesize product feedback and technical insights to influence product teams’ development roadmaps. Shape strategic AECO & cross-industry solutions Support strategic projects and initiatives to gather and synthesize customer insights that will shape the team’s long-term strategy. Partner with the AECOSustainability Strategy Manager to inform strategic, scalable sustainability solutions. Partner with the Sustainability Innovations Strategy Manager to develop novel, sustainability solutions in support of priority innovation themes and emerging tech initiatives. Support the development of agentic, automation-driven, and AI-enabled workflows that can scale across the Autodesk portfolio. Ensure visibility, coordination, and shared understanding across platform, product, and strategy teams. Required Qualifications 7-10+ years in technical enablement, product strategy, solution engineering, technical consulting, sustainability innovation, or related AECO domains. Knowledge of PDMS & M&E industries a plus. Proven expertise in Autodesk’s solution portfolio and familiarity showcasing Autodesk’s core technologies alongside new capabilities. Strong understanding of sustainability drivers such as carbon, energy, water systems, resilience, materials, and circularity.
