Core Responsibilities Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and managing recruitment consultants, including setting monthly KPIs and conduct performance reviews. Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, pitching services to potential clients, and expanding the agencys market presence. Financial Accountability: Managing the branch budget, forecasting revenue, and ensuring the team hits "time-to-fill" and revenue targets. Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs and ensure high-quality service delivery. Compliance: Ensuring all activities adhere to Irish Employment Law and data protection (GDPR) standards. Strategic Planning: Researching new sectors and locations to maximize growth and profitability. Key Requirements Experience: Typically 5+ years in aRecruitment Agency Managerrole Proven experience working with top-tier IT, financial services, and pharmaceutical companies, with a strong track record in sourcing and delivering suitable candidates. Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, "cold calling" potential clients, and expanding the agencys market presence. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is required. Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced networking skills via platforms like LinkedIn. Salary & Compensation Base Salary: ranges from €80,000 to €100,000 for experienced managers. Bonuses / Commission: Competitive profit-share or commission scheme linked to team performance, with realistic on-target earnings of €20,000€40,000+ per year, uncapped commission.
