Key responsibilities of the Restaurant Supervisor will include: Support the Restaurant Manager in delivering consistently efficient, friendly, and professional service in line with Hotel, Forbes Five Star, and RCH service standards. Oversee daily restaurant operations, working closely with the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, Food & Beverage Operations Manager and the Executive Head Chef to ensure smooth and effective service delivery. Take full operational responsibility in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times. Maintain full awareness of function sheets and guest bookings, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, equipment, and resources to meet business demands. Assist with cost control and stock management, supporting effective financial performance Lead by example through a hands-on approach, actively participating in all aspects of daily service operations. What we are looking for? A motivated and passionate hospitality professional with a strong commitment to Food & Beverage excellence and guest satisfaction. Proven experience in a similar Food & Beverage role, with a solid understanding of service operations. Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage, with experience in cost control, stock management, and labour planning. Demonstrated ability in staff training, rota management, ordering, and basic financial reporting An effective communicator and confident team leader with excellent organisational skills. Calm and resilient under pressure, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible, innovative, and adaptable in approach Fluent in spoken and written English and legally eligible to work in Ireland. What's in it for you?
