Lead or support root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of issues. Analyse site performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives. Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, communicate insights, and support decision‑making to resolve critical manufacturing and quality challenges. Key Requirements Degree in business, engineering, or a science‑related field, with relevant experience in a GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of cGMP principles, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Proven problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and decision‑making capabilities. Effective communication, technical writing, and stakeholder management skills in a cross‑functional environment.
