Site Manager
Location: Blanchardstown, North Dublin
Salary & Benefits: €85,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + 8% Pension + Phone + Laptop
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a large-scale, high-profile construction project based in North Dublin. This is a significant build with a strong programme and experienced project team in place.
The Site Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is ideally suited to candidates based on the North Side of Dublin or surrounding counties (Louth, Meath, Lucan, Leixlip, Dundalk etc.) due to travel considerations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily site operations and coordinate all on-site activities
* Supervise subcontractors and direct labour
* Ensure works are completed in line with programme targets
* Maintain strict health & safety compliance
* Monitor quality control standards throughout construction
* Coordinate effectively with the wider project team
* Manage site logistics and sequencing of works
* Chair and attend site meetings
* Oversee inspections, snagging and handover
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a Site Management role
* Strong construction background
* Experience delivering commercial, residential or similarly complex projects
* Proven track record managing multi-trade packages
* Strong knowledge of structural and envelope works
* Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
* Relevant construction qualification (degree or trade background desirable)
Additional Information
There are also two additional Site Manager opportunities in Dublin City Centre. Candidates not suited to the North Dublin location may be considered for alternative projects.
