Job Purpose
To support the Bid Manager, Business Managers & Directors in coordinating and compiling PQQ, Budget and Tender submissions as a key part of the Pre-Contract Team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Co-ordinate and compile all pre-qualification and bid content in support of public and private procurement submissions.
Maintain a “standard” bid response information library (FAQ’s) related to various stages of the bid process.
Ensure that all information issued to the client is consistent, timely and of the highest quality.
Maintain numerous client portals for up-to-date documentation, on an ongoing basis.
Maintain high quality bid templates, CVs, org charts and case studies to continuously improve the quality and success of future bids.
Monitoring of subscribed websites for requests for submission of tenders and circulate to Business Managers/ Directors.
Build relationships internally, generate feedback and work together to improve the Bid/Tender/PQQ process.
Assist in developing and implementing the Ardmac pre-contract objectives in support of Group Strategy.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
Have experience in compiling pre-qualification and bid content for all public and private procurement opportunities to the highest standards.
All Ardmac bid materials are raised in Adobe InDesign, so experience with programme is preferrable. Good proficiency in full Microsoft Suite and MSTeams.
Have experience working within a team and with different departments, drawing together the necessary information required for a successful bid.
The ability to 'own' and manage tasks assigned to you through to completion.
Have previous project management, organisation and administration skills.
Experience working in a construction or engineering services business is preferable, but not essential.
Be able to work to deadlines, assist with multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
Have excellent attention to detail.
