The 4-star Ardilaun Hotel is recruiting a senior accommodation assistant/Checker. The main duties include: Being responsible for servicing guests bedrooms to a very high standard. Inspect and check rooms after cleaning to confirm they are ready for guests. Provide training and guidance to new staff, helping them understand and maintain our quality and hygiene requirements. Maintain a high level of hygiene in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Maintain the public areas and ensure at all times work is carried out to a high standard. Be safety & security conscious within the hotel. Work within a team with high attention to detail. Have excellent customer service in every guest interaction. Ability to work to a schedule and independently is required. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
