    Overview Senior Quantity Surveyor – Wexford €110,000 + Benefits | Retained Search | Residential Developer/Contractor Our client, a residential developer–contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality housing schemes, has retained us to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Wexford. This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and offers the opportunity to shape the commercial success of some of the most exciting residential projects in the region. As Senior QS , you’ll take full responsibility for the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple housing projects. You’ll bring your expertise in residential development to: Responsibilities Lead cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting across live and upcoming schemes Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and payments Ensure accurate valuations, reporting, and cash flow management Drive value engineering and risk management strategies Work closely with senior leadership to influence commercial decisions and maximise profitability Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior QS in residential housing A track record of managing the full commercial cycle from pre-construction through to final account Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills The ability to work strategically while staying hands-on with detail Why Apply?
