Key Responsibilities Lead and Inspire: Oversee Café operations, ensuring a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for customers while motivating and developing the team to deliver outstanding service. Customer Experience: Cultivate a customer-focused culture, ensuring exceptional service, high-quality food presentation, and prompt problem resolution. Sales & POS Management: Efficiently manage the point-of-sale system, monitor transactions, and ensure cash-handling accuracy. Requirements Managerial or supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment. Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentoring and developing staff.
