  • Product and Merchandising Manager

    We are seeking a commercially driven Product & Merchandising Manager to take ownership of how our products are presented, structured, and optimised across digital and retail channels. With a catalogue of 15,000+ SKUs and a strong international customer base, this role is critical in ensuring our product data, merchandising strategy, and on‑site experience maximise conversion, AOV, and revenue. This is a role blending product data management, trading, and on‑site merchandising, with a strong focus on performance. Key Responsibilities Product Data & Catalogue Management Own the integrity and optimisation of product data across all platforms (BigCommerce / Shopify, feeds, marketplaces) Ensure all products are fully enriched with: SEO‑optimised titles & descriptions, high‑quality imagery (lifestyle + product), attributes (material, fit, style, pattern) Manage product taxonomy, categories, and filters to improve navigation and discovery Work closely with buying and operations to ensure accurate stock, pricing, and product availability On‑Site Merchandising & Trading Own category pages, collections, and product sorting logic Drive revenue through: best‑seller prioritisation, seasonal merchandising, promotional campaigns Continuously optimise: product ranking rules, cross‑sell/upsell opportunities, product recommendations Commercial Performance & Optimisation Analyse performance across: conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), revenue per session, product‑level performance Identify underperforming categories/products and take action: improve content, adjust merchandising, flag pricing or stock issues Work with marketing (Google, Meta, Email) to align product visibility with campaign strategy Campaign & Seasonal Execution Lead product merchandising for key trading periods: Autumn/Winter launches, Christmas, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, St. Patrick's Day Align with marketing, creative, and email teams to ensure consistent product storytelling Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with: marketing (ads, SEO, email), creative (imagery, content), operations (stock, fulfilment), tech (platform improvements, UX) Act as the bridge between product, marketing, and commercial performance Key Skills & Experience 3-5+ years in eCommerce merchandising, product management, or similar role Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and performance Experience managing large product catalogues (5,000+ SKUs preferred) Platform experience (Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar) Strong analytical skills (GA4, platform analytics, Excel) Experience with product feeds (Google Shopping, Meta) Please note this role is site based in Killarney, County Kerry. #J-18808-Ljbffr

They will oversee digital acquisition channels, manage marketing budgets, analyse performance data, and continuously identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition efficiency and scale.
