Description You will join a team of attorneys in the Regulatory Legal Group who work with and advise Apple’s engineering, business and government affairs teams on complex regulatory issues. You will analyse the applicability of a broad range of regulations, primarily in the EMEIA region, to various Apple products and services. This could include the Data Act, AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), NIS 2, Digital Fairness Act (DFA) and Digital Networks Act (DNA). You will coordinate, and in some cases drive, the engagement with regulatory authorities in various technology areas. The work requires outside-the-box thinking, versatility, and creative approaches to legal issues. You will collaborate with other legal groups, Apple government affairs and cross-functional business and engineering teams. You will also advise Apple management on risk allocation/mitigation, business strategies, and policies. As a machine learning engineer in Finance, you’ll play an integral and global role in building the data foundations, services, and platforms used for delivering insights and automating decisions for Apple’s Finance organisation. Description This role will require you to be collaborative by learning intra-team and business process in order to build infrastructure and services to enable an effective Machine Learning practice. You will help lead the charge by developing a strong ML Ops process in a dynamic Finance environment where you will deal with unique challenges specific to Finance organisations, such as SOX and regulatory compliance.
