This position requires 24 hours per week, rotating 3 days out of 6, including bank holidays. Salary: €14.15 per hour. Our drivers are the face of our business and play a vital role in delivering frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals to customers across the UK, particularly the elderly and healthcare workers. The role involves driving deliveries, picking orders in a ‑20°C cold store, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include: Deliver frozen meals to customers on time. Pick orders within the cold store. Use the company app to update delivery status. Provide excellent customer service at all times. Conduct pre‑shift inspection of your van. Drive safely and responsibly. Clean and refuel van as needed. Notify the office of discrepancies or delays. Maintain customer confidentiality. Assist office and picking teams when necessary. Report health & safety, stock quality, and mechanical issues. Support team members during absences. Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet drops and visits to sheltered housing. Essential qualifications Experience in a customer‑service‑based role. Full UK manual driving licence. Basic computer literacy, including use of phone apps. Proof of work stability. Basic secondary education. Held a manual driving licence for at least 2 years. Desirable qualifications Experience in a multi‑drop delivery role. Experience in a care‑based role. Warehouse experience. Health & safety awareness. Personal qualities Friendly, approachable and reliable. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Good attendance and time‑keeping.
