The gross salary scale applicable to the grade of Assistant Lecturer is €47,101 - €63,735 p.a. (rates effective 01/02/2026). The gross salary scale applicable to the grade of Lecturer is €68,936- €106,661 p.a. (rates effective 01/02/2026).

SETU invites applications for the role of Assistant Lecturer/Lecturer in Community and Adult Education.
This is a Permanent Whole‑Time (PWT) contract and will involve teaching across undergraduate programmes in Community Education and Development, as well as postgraduate programmes in Education and Teaching in Further Education. The appointee will also supervise students’ research, undertake relevant research, submit funding applications and engage with key stakeholders in the Community, Adult and Further Education and Training (FET) sectors.
