What the day will look like Co-ordinate and manage expert and efficient client service delivery for a portfolio of leading defined benefit and defined contribution clients Review and grow revenues from your client portfolio and new business activities Provide innovative solutions and expert advice to meet client needs Contribute to structures which will result in more streamlined and profitable client management Lead and deliver within budget/agreed timescales large projects within client portfolio and within the Wealth Solutions business Responsible for the prompt resolution and escalation of any client issues Proactively contribute thought leadership for the benefit of clients and the wider Wealth Solutions business, and play a key role in the business' future growth strategy Work with and support other Consultants by sharing knowledge and problem solving Collaborate with the Actuarial, Investment and Administration teams to ensure that client services are delivered to the required professional standard, within agreed timescales and in a coordinate and cohesive manner How this opportunity is different This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional with 8 or more years' direct consulting experience to grow their career by playing a key role in the future growth of Aon Ireland's Wealth Solutions business. The role will allow you to develop sustainable partnerships whilst gaining exposure to some of Ireland's largest employers to drive profitable client retention and achieve revenue growth for the business. Skills and experience that will lead to success Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills that build long-term relationships and trust with clients and within internal teams Demonstrate a breadth of technical knowledge and be able to implement new ideas and/or adjust existing solutions that meet our clients' needs Demonstrate effective problem solving and analytical skills to anticipate future needs/issues, including taking the lead in identifying solutions and making recommendations to clients Ability to effectively plan, prioritise and execute tasks to meet required deadlines Self-motivated and ambitious Education & Experience Proven track record in leading larger clients and delivering results through the effective management of client-facing teams is required Have over 8 years' direct relevant consulting experience A minimum of QFA or IIPM Professional Qualification, with up-to-date CPD, and compliant with any regulatory requirements relevant to the role Experience of engaging and motivating colleagues to achieve goals How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
