As a Commercial Risk Graduate, you will be working as part of the wider Commercial Risk team to contribute to delivering high quality client services. This is achieved by assisting with a variety of tasks across the broking, claims and risk management functions for a portfolio of multinational clients. Communicating with clients and colleagues at all business levels up to and including C-Suite Liaising with clients and participating in client discovery meetings Participating in insurer market meetings and calls Carrying out premium and claims reporting and analysis Collaborating with other business functions, e.g. finance, compliance, risk consultancy Collaborating closely with third-party service providers, including loss adjusters and insurance underwriters Participating in the renewal of insurance policies Travel may be required across Ireland, UK and further afield. How this opportunity is different In this role you will be exposed to various facets of the Commercial Risk business with a particular focus on our Global Clients team where you will work closely with colleagues in Ireland and globally dealing with multinational corporate clients. You will gain valuable insights into the full insurance life cycle across a range of industries including but not limited to manufacturing, food & agri-business, pharmaceuticals, technology and professional services. You will also gain exposure to specialist insurance and risk projects, supporting colleagues delivering solutions for clients on subjects as diverse as climate & sustainability, M&A and transaction risks and cyber resilience.
