Co-ordinate the roll-out of integrated project management tools to streamline project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Leverage automation to reduce administrative tasks for PMs and define standardized templates to improve project tracking, documentation, and reporting. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and monitor project health. Collect data on project performance and produce status reports for internal and external stakeholders, to ensure transparency and accountability. Regularly assess and update the PMO’s methodologies and tools to incorporate new trends, technologies, or frameworks. Establish feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement, soliciting input from project teams and stakeholders to refine processes and strategies. Clearly communicate the status of Industrial Program Office initiatives on a regular basis across key stakeholders. Serve as a champion for advancing Project Management best practices both within Industrial and the wider ADI PM community. Provide guidance, mentoring, coaching and training to project managers and teams, to help them adopt new PM processes and tools. Build strong partnerships across the Industrial BU to ensure a collaborative environment that delivers optimum business outcomes. Qualifications/Experience: The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, dynamic, meticulous, prepared to take the initiative and exhibit the following skills: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent Project management certification. Minimum of 15 years industry experience. The project manager must have strong practical experience in project management, preferably with some background in silicon development or electronics systems design.
