Overview Senior HR Business Partner – Retail role at An Post . Reporting to the Director HR Business Partnering: Retail and Corporate, the Senior HR Business Partner – Retail will be a trusted, strategic advisor to the business, who understands the business strategy and translates business needs into talent priorities. Work with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and HR Operations teams on talent management and organisation development activities to deliver an outstanding employee experience. Please note: This is a specific purpose contract for a minimum of 12 months to cover maternity leave. Responsibilities Establish trusted, credible relationships with the Retail business to support them to achieve their business objectives. Lead, manage and develop the HR Retail team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence. Partner with the business on Strategic Workforce Planning to support resourcing for the Retail business. Champion people data-led decision making across the Retail business area by harnessing people analytics, operational metrics, and employee insights to advise HR interventions. Maintain full ownership and accountability for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of people data, ensuring it reflects the realities of a unionised, customer-facing workforce. Manage and support Grievance and Discipline matters in accordance with agreed policies and procedures. Oversee policy and process implementation in the business. Participate and support in other HR-related activities (JCC sub-committees, HR programmes) as required from time to time.
