Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling administrative tasks, supporting our team, and contributing to our customer service efforts. Key Responsibilities: Invoicing and credit control. Assist with job scheduling for Field Service Technicians. Maintain accurate records and customer databases. Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails etc. Handle correspondence and communication with clients and suppliers. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed. Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organised workspace. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives. Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative role, including accounts and credit control experience. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Sage is an advantage. A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
