Why you * Proactive and communicative * A good civil designer and a developing project engineer or senior engineer, who can be entrusted to take ownership of project delivery including collaborating with internal and external project team members and clients (with as much or little support as you need). A minimum of 3 years Irish and or UK market experience is essential. * Developing civil engineering designs (using tools including Micro Drainage and Causeway Flow) * Carrying out site visits and surveys, with support as required (full driving licence required). * Attending design team and client meetings both in person and remotely. * Motivated to grow yourself and the company and to contribute to the operations of the office, including the marketing and work winning activities if this appeals.
