What You’ll Do Ensure both sites meet all quality, food safety, environmental, and health & safety standards, including BRC, customer, and legislative requirements. Maintain a constant audit‑ready state and lead internal and external audits. Manage and develop the Quality Management System, including HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP. Provide technical guidance, training, and problem‑solving support across departments. Champion a positive food safety culture and act as the primary technical contact for customers, suppliers, and certification bodies. Oversee site‑level EHS compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a technical specialist in a high‑volume food or FMCG environment. Strong background in quality, food safety, and environmental management. BRC Food Safety certification experience and auditing expertise. Demonstrated ability to maintain food safety certifications with exceptional documentation standards. Extensive experience in the food industry.
