The project is unusual – part new build restoration refurbishment fit out. You will work closely with design teams and specialist subcontractors as well as the usual. A number of years relevant experience in a contracting environment is required as are problem solving skills, the ability to work to deadlines and an appreciation for health and safety, quality, programme and commercial return. Team and stakeholder management : Lead and coordinate design consultants, project teams, and stakeholders, including the client, and lead design meetings.
